Serialization & De-serialization: For expanded nodes

We need to provide serialization support, especially for expanded nodes, while closing and re-opening the TreeViewAdv.

For example:

• Run the application. Expand any sub-folder.
• Close the application. Again run the application.
• Now the expanded sub-folder need to be expanded the state once again.

NOTE: We need to save this in isolated storage.
