Enable screen reader announcement for selected color in SfImageEditor palette toolbar

Expose each color option in the MAUI SfImageEditor color palette toolbar with a clear and accessible name (e.g., “Red”, “Blue”, “Green”).

When a color is selected, its name should be announced by screen readers, enabling users to clearly understand which color has been chosen.

This enhancement improves accessibility, clarity, and usability for users interacting with the color palette through assistive technologies.
