Provide a property (e.g., Locale or Language) to explicitly control the display language of the control. When specified, all textual elements should reflect the selected language; otherwise, the control can continue using the device language as the default behavior. This is applicable to the following .NET MAUI controls: SfPicker, SfDatePicker, SfTimePicker, and SfDateTimePicker.
