Syncfusion assemblies (.NET Framework 4.5 & 4.5.1) not installed in GAC on Windows 10 latest OS(1903) machine

When installing the WPF Framework Add-on setup v17.2.0.28-beta on Windows 10 latest (1903) OS installed machine, Syncfusion assemblies (.NET Framework 4.5 & 4.5.1) not installed in GAC.
