Tooltip not working for Complex Hierarchical Tree.

I am not able to use integrate tooltip in  Complex Hierarchical Tree.

I have attached my project with u. let me know if i did any mistake.

It only show the static data. but i need to show the node name with some extra string.

Like Example.

 If node name is "Node1" on tooltip it should display "Node1",Let assume some extra string is "XYZ" so tooltip to show "Node1-XYZ"
