Vertical and horizontal alignments of cards

Requirement:

1. Provide options for vertical and horizontal alignments of cards.

2. In horizontal alignment, the view left and right to the center view, should be small in size. On scrolling, the view which will come to focus will have to resize to its original size. This behavior is same for vertical orientation too.
