Unnecessary Syncfusion references added to all projects within a solution

When drag and drop a Syncfusion Xamarin control from Syncfusion Xamarin Toolbox to the designer page, reference has been added unnecessarily to all projects within a solution. 

Need to restrict the reference adding in unwanted projects associated with the solution.
