Support for Removing Image Background and Making It Transparent in MAUI SfImageEditor

Need to provide support in the .NET MAUI SfImageEditor control to remove an image background and make the removed area transparent. This will help achieve clean cutouts and advanced editing scenarios directly within the editor, without requiring external libraries or custom image‑processing implementations.
