DashboardLayout - Config options More detailed documentation

Hello,

Is it possible to get more detailed documentation on the configuration options for the dashboardlayout? Specifically it would be good to have:

1) Small samples of using the mediaQuery option

2) Above sample to include how to combine mediaquery with panel options for

maxSizeX
maxSizeY
minSizeX
minSizeY 

3) Scenario: For example, is it possible to configure a dashboard to be responsive width wise, stacking each panel on top of each other if the width collapses, but to have a panel FIXED height for all the panels in the dashboard, specifying a height in pixels for each panel?
