Support for Customizing Filter Popup Values with Server‑Side Pagination in Flutter DataGrid

By default, the filter popup displays values only from the currently loaded rows. Enabling this feature would allow users to access values from all data rows, even with server‑side pagination. This also provides flexibility for users to apply their own logic and return a custom range of values as needed.
