Add MVC Scaffolder options for searching, selecting and aggregates

Hello!

I saw that you have improved MVC scaffolder extension in version 17.2.28. and that's great!

I'd like to suggest that in controller part when scaffolding is executed, you should also add options for searching, aggregates on server and custom selection (I mean on operation.PerformSelect) and also checkboxes with who we can select which functionality we want.. Currently controler scaffolds with take, skip, filtering and sorting, I believe that with this few options added your scaffolder will be more complete and better..
