Provide support for calendar based work calculation with exception dates

Currently, the Gantt Chart does not support work calculation based on calendar exception dates for resources. This feature would require implementing task‑based calendar support first, followed by resource‑level calendar support, so that work calculations can correctly account for exception dates (such as holidays, non‑working days, or custom schedules). Once implemented, the Gantt Chart would be able to calculate work accurately according to each resource’s calendar, including any exceptions.
