Provide support for drag operations using externally connected keyboard devices

Currently, drag functionality works with touch interactions.
However, when using external connected devices such as the Magic Keyboard or other mouse/trackpad inputs, drag actions are not supported.
Adding support for drag-based events triggered through external connected devices on iPad, ensuring consistent behavior across both touch and external input methods.
