Support for DropDownButtonSettings in SfComboBox inside SfTextInputLayout

This feature ensures that when an SfComboBox is placed inside an SfTextInputLayout, the DropDownButtonSettings applied to the SfComboBox—such as customizing the dropdown button’s icon, size, or color—are fully recognized and rendered.
With this support, the dropdown button will appear and behave exactly as configured, even when wrapped by the SfTextInputLayout control.
