Provide support to validate only specific predecessor type and restrict others

Currently, the application supports four types of predecessor relationships, and validation is applied based on all available types.

We need support to allow validation for specific predecessor types only (for example, FS – Finish-to-Start). All other predecessor types should be restricted during the initial load as well as during CRUD operations.

This enhancement would allow users to configure and enforce validation based on selected predecessor types while preventing the use of unsupported types.
