Enable Docking (Sticky/Fixed) of the First Resource Row in Timeline View of MAUI SfScheduler

Provide an option to dock (pin/stick) the first resource row in the Timeline view so that it remains visible while scrolling through resources.


The feature can be:


Configurable via a property (enable/disable), or


Implemented through any appropriate API or configuration approach.
