RibbonControlAdv needs to have a ControlCollection Property for ToolStripTabItem controls

Since the
RibbonControlAdv hosts the
ToolStripTabItem,
t
he RibbonControlAdv needs to have a ControlCollection Property to enable the developer to be able to view and arrange ToolStripTabItem controls in their preference. Currently, the ToolStripTabItem controls cannot be re-arranged, even draging them is impossible.
