RibbonPanel needs to have a ControlCollection Property

The RibbonPanel needs to have a ControlCollection Property to enable the developer to be able to view and arrange ToolStripEx controls. Currently, the ToolStripEx controls cannot be re-arranged, even draging them is impossible.
