[iOS] Marker doesn't receive any user interaction when applying the template for Marker

Marker doesn't receive any user interaction when applying the template for Marker.

1. Add the markers in Maps.

2. Apply the DataTemplate for Marker using the MarkerTemplate.

3. Add any view inside the DataTemplate and add the Command for it.

4. Now, ICommand not executed.
