Enable “Save As” with Multiple Formats (XLSX, CSV, PDF)

Currently, the Spreadsheet component saves files only in XLSX format by default. There is no option for users to save Spreadsheet in other formats when performing a “Save As” operation, which limits flexibility for different use cases.

Add a feature that allows users to specify the desired format when saving a file. Supported formats should include:

  • XLSX (Excel Workbook) – default format
  • CSV (Comma-Separated Values)
  • PDF (Portable Document Format)

This enhancement will improve user experience by offering multiple export options, reduce dependency on external tools for format conversion, and support diverse workflows such as data analysis, reporting, and sharing.
