Need to Provide Support Seamless Combined Uploads for Files and Folders in FileManager

Enhance the FileManager component to ensure consistent support for uploading both individual files and folders via the toolbar upload button and the context menu upload option. Implement the combined file and folder upload functionality in a way that does not depend on any specific boolean property to enable or control this behavior.
