Need to provide support for remove event in the Ej2 Dropdowntree component

Need to provide support for remove event in the Ej2 dropdown tree component.

Requirements:

When a selected item is removed, the remove event must be triggered.
The event arguments should include complete details of the removed node.
The event must fire for all ways a selection can be removed
 example:
  • With checkbox
  • Without checkbox
  • Clicking the remove icon on an individual selected item
  • Clicking the input clear/close icon
  • Multiselection
In every scenario, the event should provide the correct args for the removed item(s).
