Support for Updating Grid Properties Using changeDataSource method

Currently, the "changeDataSource" method supports only two parameters "dataSource" and "columns". It needs to be enhanced to include a third optional parameter that accepts Grid properties and applies them to the Grid while updating "columns" and "dataSource".

In addition, the current implementation of the "changeDataSource" method does not reset paging, unlike other actions such as sorting, filtering, and grouping. It must ensure that paging is also reset during the update process.
