Improve HTML Import and Export Format in .NET MAUI RichTextEditor for Browser Compatibility

Currently, the .NET MAUI RichTextEditor exports HTML content following the .NET MAUI WebView format. While the content structure is correct, the exported HTML styles do not render properly when viewed in standard browsers or online HTML viewers. And importing HTML from any web application not directly supports, this limits interoperability and usability of exported content outside the MAUI environment.

The goal of this enhancement is to ensure that the exported HTML is standards-compliant, preserving both content and styling so that it works seamlessly across browsers and third-party HTML viewers.
