Support to Ignore SafeArea in .NET MAUI SfDataGrid

Description

Currently, the IgnoreSafeArea property in SfDataGrid is an internal member, limiting developers from controlling safe area behavior in their applications. Making this property public will allow developers to easily enable or disable safe area adjustments based on their layout requirements, especially for devices with notches or rounded corners. This enhancement will provide greater flexibility in customizing the grid’s appearance and alignment within the application’s UI.
