Enable HTML Content Insertion in .NET MAUI RichTextEditor

Enhance the .NET MAUI RichTextEditor control to support direct insertion of HTML content at the current cursor position. The control should parse the provided HTML, preserve its styles, and render the actual formatted content within the editor. This feature will allow developers and end-users to paste or programmatically insert HTML snippets seamlessly, improving flexibility and interoperability with external rich text sources.
