Support for Auto-Extending Rows or Columns When Clicking the Scroll Bar Button

Currently, the Spreadsheet control does not automatically extend the row or column count when clicking the scroll bar button or scrolling the mouse wheel toward the bottom. To enhance usability, need to add support for auto-extending rows or columns when the scroll bar is clicked or when the mouse wheel is scrolled downward.
