Enhance Today action: Scroll to current date when already selected

Provide support for Scheduler "Today" button: Scroll to current date when already selected.

Currently, when viewing a different week, clicking the Today button navigates to today’s date. If today’s date is already visible in the viewport, clicking Today does not navigate.
