Need to provide Support for Page Up and Page Down Keys in Virtualized Grid

Blazor SfGrid supports Up and Down arrow keys for row navigation, but the PageUp and PageDown keys only work when paging is enabled. When virtualization is used without paging, these keys do not scroll through rows as expected. Adding support for PageUp and PageDown in virtualization would improve keyboard accessibility and provide a consistent navigation experience across large datasets.
