XamlParseException thrown when loading the ImageEditor on second time by using the multiple windows.

1. Create a sample using the multiple windows concept.

2. Load the first window with ImageEditor and close the window.

3. Again load the window with ImageEditor.

4. Now the exception thrown with the following messages.

"Failed to assign to property 'Windows.UI.Xaml.Controls.Control.Background'. [Line: 0 Position: 0]"
