Allow Locking columns in grid to the right side

It would be very useful to allow locking columns to the right side of the grid and not just the left.  We frequently have grids with many columns but typically keep the command column as the last column in the grid.  In the case of column overflow, it would be nice to be able to lock the command column but on the right side and not the left.
