NewValue is incorrect in CurrentCellValidating event when setting null value for GridMultiColumnDropDown

NewValue is incorrect in CurrentCellValidating event when setting null value for GridMultiColumnDropDown. When AllowNulInput is false, null value should not be commited in GridMultiColumnDropDownList

Also, new value is not updated in currentcellvalidating event when changing a value in AddNewRow.

Issue occurs while editing by pressing F2 key.
