Implement an event in the SpellChecker component to handle loading and updating dictionaries from external sources such as a database at the application level. This event will allow developers to manage dictionaries without relying on local storage. Using this approach, dictionaries can be downloaded, modified, and stored back in external systems (e.g., databases) seamlessly.
