Need to provide Smooth keyboard navigation when the Column Virtualization and frozen columns enabled

When both column virtualization and frozen columns (e.g., freeze="Left") are enabled in the Grid, navigating cells using the right arrow key can cause the focus to get stuck at a certain point. This issue occurs when the user moves rapidly to the right across columns. At that point, the grid does not load additional columns until the user presses the left arrow key, which then triggers column loading and restores navigation.
