Provide Support for Notes in Spreadsheet

This feature introduces the ability to add, edit, and manage Notes within the Spreadsheet component. Notes provide a convenient way to include additional context or comments for specific cells without affecting the actual cell content.

Key capabilities include:

  • Adding notes to individual cells.
  • Displaying notes when hovering over the cell.
  • Editing and removing existing notes.
  • Programmatic support to retrieve, add, or update notes through APIs for better integration.
