Need to provide support for dynamically resize the listview Container

Dynamic ListView Container Resizing

Provide support for dynamically resizing the ListView container to accommodate content that exceeds its current width.

Use Case: Enable users to manually resize the ListView container when list item text or content length surpasses the container’s visible width. This enhances readability, improves content visibility, and gives users greater control over the layout without horizontal clipping or overflow.
