Support for Ribbon Customization in Blazor Spreadsheet

Provide support for customizing the Spreadsheet ribbon by allowing developers to add additional items to the existing ribbon and also, to add a new ribbon tab with new items. Using this option, the users can able inject custom controls such as buttons, checkboxes, dropdowns, or custom templates into the toolbar. These controls should integrate smoothly with the existing ribbon design.

We need to provide an easy API to add new ribbon tabs or toolbar items and option to insert custom controls within existing tabs or remove the existing one.
