Support to Enable/Disable Task Connection Editing in WPF GanttControl

Provide a public API or property in WPF GanttControl that allows developers to programmatically enable or disable the ability to add predecessor connections between tasks.

  • When enabled, connector points should be visible and interactive, allowing users to create new connections.
  • When disabled, existing connections remain visible, but connector points are hidden, preventing new connections from being added.
