Create Sleep Cycle Monitor Chart in Flutter

A new chart is proposed for visualizing sleep cycle monitoring within a health application. The chart should represent various sleep stages and be mapped over a timeline to help users understand their sleep patterns and overall sleep quality.

Axis label customization is required to ensure labels at the beginning and end of chart segments are displayed clearly without overlapping, even when data points are close together. Labels should appear side by side in a readable format, avoiding stacking or rotation, with optional spacing adjustments between segments to maintain clarity.
