Restrict behavior of CTRL plus Arrow Key Gestures in Diagram Component

In the current implementation of the diagram component, CTRL + Arrow Key gestures are not explicitly handled. As a result, when this key combination is used, the component repeats the last valid movement direction triggered by a regular Arrow Key press, rather than responding to the new input.
