Support to add RowTemplate only for Selected Rows in SfDataGrid

Currently, SfDataGrid in .NET MAUI applies the RowTemplate apply to all rows. A customer has requested the ability to apply a custom RowTemplate only to selected rows, while keeping the default appearance for unselected rows. This feature would allow developers to visually highlight selected rows with detailed templates, enhancing user experience and data presentation flexibility. We are logging this as a feature request for future consideration.
