Popup does not open when we placed within dialog with scrollable area and open the dialog popup in mobile mode

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Open it in new window and set mobile mode.
  3. Try to open the dropdowns popup of combo box and dropdown list.
  4. It does not open in UI level, but it created in Dom level.

Expected Output: Popup should show when we placed within dialog in mobile mode.

Current Output: Popup does not show when we placed within dialog in mobile mode.
