BYOK Model Not Persisting as Default in Chat UI

Description:

An issue has been identified where the BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model configured as the default in settings does not remain active in the chat interface. After setting a BYOK model as the default, the chat UI automatically switches to a premium model that is not intended to be selected. This requires manually reselecting the BYOK model each time the chat view is opened.

Impact:

The default model configuration is not being respected, causing inconsistent model selection behavior in the chat UI.

 

Resolution Plan:

A fix is in progress and will be included in the upcoming release scheduled for the end of November to ensure the selected BYOK model remains persistent as configured.
