MultiSelect popup stay when we scroll and close the dialog quickly

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Open the MultiSelect popup and scroll up and down quickly.
  3. Quickly click the dialog no button or click on close icon of dialog.
  4. You can see the MultiSelect stay in page even dialog has removed from DOM.

Expected Output: MultiSelect popup should not stay when open and closes the dialog popup quickly.

Current Output: MultiSelect popup stay when open and closes the dialog popup quickly.
