Provide support for precise decimal input in numeric columns of the WPF Gantt control

Current Behavior:

The numeric column in the WPF Gantt control only accepts whole numbers or rounded decimals. For example, entering 23.888 automatically rounds to 23.889

Proposed Enhancement:

Allow numeric columns in the WPF Gantt control to accept and display exact decimal values without rounding, with configurable precision settings.
