addItem public method not working properly when initialize the accordion using HTML elements

addItem method not working properly when initialize the accordion using HTML elements. It causes the following issues 1. Item is added at the beginning of the list 2. The newly added page content is unavailable (pane cannot be expanded, and nothing is added to the DOM)
