Support to show shared tooltip while hovering point instead of chartarea

As of now, while moving the mouse over chart area and also over the data point, the shared tooltip displays the nearest data points value based on mouse cursor position. Now, need to provide support to display shared tooltip on hovering data point instead of chart area.
