Chart axis scrollbar misaligned and glitchy on initial render

Upon initial load, the chart horizontal axis scrollbar exhibits incorrect behavior. Attempting to drag the scrollbar causes it to overshoot beyond the left boundary, resulting in a visual glitch. The scrollbar becomes functional only after it was resized, which recalculates its dimensions and aligns it correctly within the scrollbar area.
