Support for message placement order (top or bottom)

Current Behavior:
At present, the conversation area displays messages in reverse order, meaning new messages are added at the bottom of the list.

Expected Behavior:
The expected enhancement is to introduce a configurable setting that allows toggling the message placement, enabling new messages to appear at the top of the conversation area.
