Support for Automatic Resizing in .NET MAUI SfRadialGauge

Currently, the size of the .NET MAUI SfRadialGauge can be adjusted manually using the HeightRequest and RadiusFactor properties. However, there is no built-in support for automatic resizing, where the gauge would dynamically adapt its layout, spacing, and dimensions based on the available screen size.

Introduce an auto-resize feature that dynamically scales the gauge radius, pointer, labels, and other elements relative to the available screen space
